I started working out at 8 years old under my dad's supervision. My dad was my big inspiration growing up. At age 13, I became real serious about weight training. I started working out 6 - 7 days a week and began to read more and more about proper nutrition and training. Since then I have become more and more knowledgeable about my own body. I have trained side by side with top athletes from around the world and through lots of great experience I have become the person and athlete that I am today.
I entered my first strongman competition at age 18, which I won. I have always been a strong kid blessed with great MUTATED genes from both my parents. My mom was a junior national Olympic champion in Norway and my dad has always been very active. He has been competing in all kinds of sports, but particularly strongman and wrestling. I have competed in fitness, strongman, wrestling and now bodybuilding, which I love. I am a hard worker, a very disciplined young man always striving to better myself and my life.
I have done model jobs for several fitness magazines, including Wider Publications, and the biggest and best selling fitness magazine in the world: Muscle & Fitness.
Outside of bodybuilding, I have my own company, where I coach people, guide them with nutrition and do personal training. I am certified by the IFBB as an Advanced Bodybuilding and Fitness Trainer Specialist. I also do photography work within the fitness and bodybuilding industry.
