post workout 80 g MUTANT WHEY, 100 g waxy maize
Meal 3 300 g cooked beef, 300 g cooked rice, 100 g broccoli
Meal 4 500 ml egg whites, 1 bagel with natural peanut butter, 2 pop tarts
Meal 5 80 g MUTANT WHEY OR 300 g cooked chicken/steak, Sometimes I'll have a full pro/carb meal before bed if I'm hungry enough.
